Cyber Awareness
Workshop moments, demonstrations and awareness campaigns.
CipherCore Security is a youth-led technology company focused on helping organisations identify cybersecurity and technology gaps before they become bigger problems.
We look at the technology, processes and human factors that can create security gaps.
We break down the risks so organisations can understand what they are dealing with.
We help turn those findings into practical awareness, improvements and safer practices.
Each one stands on its own — start wherever your risk is highest.
Security assessments, penetration testing, and network hardening.

CipherCore Security is a youth-led technology company created by a group of young professionals who saw an opportunity to turn their technical knowledge into practical solutions for organisations.
We started with a simple question: where are organisations vulnerable, and how can we help close those gaps?
Organisations rely on technology every day, but weaknesses can exist in their systems, networks, processes and — importantly — in the way people interact with technology.
CipherCore aims to identify these gaps, understand the risks they create and help organisations develop practical ways to address them.
Our work combines cybersecurity awareness, technical exploration, IT support and practical security demonstrations to make digital security easier to understand.
We're not trying to present ourselves as a company that already knows everything.
// what makes us different
We're a team of young professionals who are learning, building and solving. Our backgrounds in IT, networking, cybersecurity and technology allow us to approach problems from different perspectives.
We research, investigate, test in controlled environments and translate what we learn into practical solutions and awareness for organisations.
To help organisations identify their digital blind spots, understand their risks and take practical steps towards a more secure technology environment.
Focused engagements built around what a small business actually needs — not a bloated package.
A hands-on review of your network, devices, and accounts to find weak points before someone else does — with a plain-language report, not just a scan printout.
Controlled, ethical attempts to break into your systems the way a real attacker would, so you know exactly what holds and what doesn't.
Configuring routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi properly from the start — segmentation, access control, and monitoring that actually gets maintained.
Short, practical sessions that teach your team to spot phishing, weak passwords, and social engineering. See our Cyber Awareness page for the full programme.
A short call to understand your setup, concerns, and budget.
We review or test your systems on-site or remotely, depending on the service.
You get a clear breakdown of what we found, ranked by actual risk.
We help close the gaps, then confirm the fixes hold.
Most breaches start with a person, not a firewall — a clicked link, a reused password, a call that sounded legitimate. We train teams to catch it before it becomes a problem.
A real phishing email rarely looks obviously fake. It looks like it's already inside your inbox, from someone you'd trust.

A controlled, safe simulated phishing attempt against your team, followed by a walkthrough of what to look for next time.
30-minute focused briefings on one topic at a time — easy to slot into a busy week.
Periodic follow-ups so awareness doesn't fade once the initial training is done.
Email, SMS, and voice — recognising the signs before clicking or replying.
Strong, unique passwords and the case for a password manager and MFA.
What's risky on public networks and personal devices used for work.
How attackers manipulate people directly, not just systems.
A simple, no-blame process for reporting a suspected incident fast.
CipherCore was built by young professionals who wanted to take what they were learning and apply it to real-world technology and cybersecurity challenges.

Free, practical material you can put to use today — no consultation required.
Use a unique password per account, a password manager to store them, and MFA everywhere it's offered — especially email and banking.
Check the sender's actual address, not just the display name. Be wary of urgency, unexpected attachments, and links that don't match the claimed sender.
Change default router passwords, use WPA3 or WPA2 encryption, and keep a separate network for guests and IoT devices.
Disconnect the affected device from the network, change passwords from a separate device, and contact your IT or security provider immediately — don't wait to "make sure."
Follow the 3-2-1 rule: three copies of your data, on two different types of storage, with one kept offsite or offline.
Be cautious of unexpected urgency, requests to bypass normal process, and callers or emails asking to "verify" information they should already have.
Need these tailored into a handout or slide deck for your staff? We can put that together as part of a training booking.
Tell us a bit about your setup and what's worrying you. We'll get back to you with next steps — no pressure, no jargon.
